Fall Equinox Dance Jam + Sound Bath

Join Jamie Bechtold, Mary Frances Spencer, and JP Ziino in celebration of Fall Equinox with one hour of Intuitive Movement Jam, a hybrid of DJ'd music waves with live percussion and flute inspiring your own dance. Then enjoy a restorative one hour Sound Bath of relaxing planetary gongs and cyrstal singing bowls.

Move with music then lie down on your mat/blanket in the Center's majestic main gallery while being bathed in the powerful vibrations of reverberating sound.
